Problem: My 192.168.1.11 server cannot ping the router nor can the router cannot ping it and the 11 server has no Internet access too (neither incoming nor outgoing). Local PCs and other servers can access the Internet just fine. I have Ubuntu server 14.04 running Bind9, dhcpd, apache, a couple other services. They either die with no solution or end with "I don't know why but I restarted my server and now it is working fine all of a sudden". I have found a few other threads that describe similar problems but no solutions. ![]() This is a tough one and I have been working on it for a long, long time.
